Enugu Tech & Entrepreneurial Summit
The Williams Uchemba Foundation is organizing the first ever Enugu Tech Summit aimed at providing young people with opportunities to kickstart their career journeys in tech.
More so, the summit would comprise Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Tech-Career sessions
Furthermore, this event is aimed at building young people’s confidence in approaching potential employers, generating business ideas, marketing strategies, and aquiring the necessary technical skills required to work in tech.
More so, for the Summit, there are going to be two major tracks;
- The Career Path
- The Entrepreneurial Path
For the Career Path
Career: An interactive workshop and fireside chat with leading experts from leading tech companies as well as Google.

- In-demand skills: Get to learn which skills are most sort after
- Learning opportunities & resources: Also, you know how and where to learn those skills.
- Securing employment: In addition, you will learn how to use your skills to work for global tech companies remotely from enugu and earn in dollars
- Q&A with Top Tech Talents: Interestingly, you get to ask experienced tech employees questions and get feedback from them directly
- Scholarships & Devices: Last but not least, you get access 1000 scholarships and 200 devices to jumpstart training and career.
For The Business Path
Entrepreneurship: In addition to the Career Path, It’s is going to be a day interactive workshop and fireside chat with leading experts from leading tech companies including Google
Highlights
- Idea Pitch Session: Firstly, Innovative businesses will be given an opportunity to pitch their ideas and businesss solutions to a panel of judges and recieve feedback.
- Also, you have the Grants and Support for Startups: Innovative businesses will stand a chance to be awarded seed fund grants to encourage their ventures.
- As well as Mentorship opportunities for successful: Startup founders will be paired to tech industry experts for 6-12 months mentorship to maximise business success.
