What is the Global Rural Changemaker Fellowship?
The Global Rural Changemaker Fellowship is a three-month online program under the Ruractive initiative, designed to empower young changemakers (aged 18-35) from diverse professional backgrounds and countries. This fellowship provides essential training, mentorship, and a global network to help scale rural social enterprises and pilot projects.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Global Rural Changemaker Fellowship 2025, you must meet the following criteria:

- Be running or testing a rural social enterprise or pilot project.
- Be committed to making a sustainable impact in rural areas.
Program Structure
The Global Rural Changemaker Fellowship includes the following key components:
- Month 1 – Training Workshops: Participate in interactive training sessions lasting about 2 hours once or twice a week. Topics include leadership, rural ecosystems, design thinking, and marketing strategies.
- Months 2-3 – Mentorship: Engage in four one-on-one mentorship sessions, each lasting 30 minutes to one hour. Mentors will provide personalized guidance to refine your ideas and strategies.
- Capstone Project: Develop a capstone project that showcases your learning and creativity, highlighting your potential to future employers.
Application Process
The application process for the Global Rural Changemaker Fellowship 2025 involves several steps:
- Submit Application: Complete the application form on the Ruractive website by February 15, 2025.
- Provide Required Documents: Include your resume, cover letter, and responses to specified questions regarding your experience and career goals.
