The Female Media Network (TEFEM) is set to launch TEFEM Africa Fellowship, an initiative to empower 20,000 women from African countries with essential tech skills by 2030.  The Female Media (TEFEM) Network is the largest NGO across the South-east for women and girls in technological and digital skills. TEFEM was founded in 2018 by Eneh Mercy.

Eneh Mercy started TEFEM with the vision of empowering women to reach their full potential and achieve financial independence. Her journey in the digital space was challenging and she could only succeed due to the guidance and support she received from mentors. Eneh wanted other women to have access to similar support and guidance, thus TEFEM was birthed as a platform to provide women with the skills and resources needed to thrive in the tech space.
